High temperature resistant and high-efficiency filters in pharmaceutical factories are mainly used to filter tar, coal smoke, dust and other particles generated in high-temperature sterilization tunnels or high-temperature drying rooms. According to efficiency levels, they are mainly divided into high-temperature resistant primary filters (also known as glass fiber high-temperature resistant filters) and high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filters. It can also be widely used for general filtration in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and food, and can also be used in high-temperature resistant places.

Why do pharmaceutical factories use high-temperature and high-efficiency filters?
1. For some special raw materials, such as sterile, sensitive, certain steroids (classes), highly active, harmful, etc., they should be produced using specialized equipment in enclosed areas with self isolating air treatment.
2. When sterile drying, the door at the entrance of the oven should be opened to the clean room for more details. The air inlet should also be opened indoors and equipped with a filter.
3. Non sterile oven air intakes should also be equipped with filters. To prevent microbial contamination, filters should be installed at the ventilation ports of purified water, injection water, and medication storage tanks.
Features of high temperature resistant and efficient filters for pharmaceutical factories:
1. There is a partition design, and the corrugated partition can accurately maintain the spacing between the pleats, making maximum use of the filter material with minimal resistance. The filter material has 180 folded pleats on both sides, and there are two indentations when the filter material is bent, making it open into a wedge-shaped box pleat at the end of the partition. The actual filtration efficiency of the 250 ℃ H13 high-temperature high-efficiency filter is between H12-H13 due to the influence of the physical properties of the adhesive (poor flowability) on the red high-temperature silicone and black high-temperature inorganic adhesives that are resistant to 250 ℃ and 350-400 ℃ respectively; The actual filtration efficiency of H13 high-temperature high-efficiency filter at 350-400 ℃ is between H11-H12.
Precautions before using high-temperature and high-efficiency filters:
Due to the fact that the organic silicone and inorganic adhesives used in high-temperature and high-efficiency filters are cured from the surface to the inside during the curing process, the thicker the injection height, the more difficult it is to cure. Under normal circumstances, the curing time of the adhesive is 3-7 days. If the high-temperature and high-efficiency filter that has not been completely cured is directly installed on the high-temperature equipment for normal use, it will inevitably cause phenomena such as cracking, expansion, and detachment of the adhesive from the outer frame; To address the above issues, the following two solutions are proposed:
1. High temperature and high-efficiency filters need to be used normally after 7 days;
2. If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that they follow the following steps before using our high-temperature and high-efficiency filter:
The high-efficiency filter that can withstand 250 ℃ and high temperature slowly heats up to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, and then maintains a constant temperature for 2 hours before shutting down for cooling; After adjusting the temperature to 150 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine and cool it down. After adjusting the temperature to 200 ℃ for 1 hour, stop the machine and cool it down to 250 ℃ for 1 hour. Finally, slowly cool it down and it can be used normally. The high-efficiency filter with high temperature resistance of 350-400 ℃ is slowly heated to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, and then kept at a constant temperature for 2 hours before shutting down for cooling; After adjusting the temperature to 150 ℃ for 1 hour, stop and cool down to 200 ℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down to 250 ℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down to 300 ℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down to 350 ℃ for 1 hour, then stop and cool down to 400 ℃ for 1 hour, and finally slowly cool down before normal use.
